Using the EcoliftX Website
Effective July 16, 2026. These terms cover access to ecoliftx.com, customer submissions, website information, and third-party payment or financing links.
Permitted use
Use the website for lawful product research, quote requests, orders, delivery questions, financing applications, warranty support, and related business communication. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or misuse another person's information.
Separate written terms
A website submission does not replace the transaction-specific Order Terms, order confirmation, quote, invoice, payment-provider record, delivery terms, or warranty confirmation. Those records control the applicable purchase.
Specifications and estimates
Prices, availability, specifications, estimated timing, financing examples, tax, and delivery information are subject to written confirmation. Do not rely on the website as a guarantee that equipment is suitable for a particular operation.
Payments, financing, and carriers
Third-party payment processors, APPROVE financing, lenders, email providers, hosting services, and carriers have their own terms. Financing is subject to independent lender review and approval.
Intellectual property
EcoliftX content may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to suggest unauthorized affiliation. Ordinary linking to public pages is permitted when the link does not misrepresent EcoliftX.
Updates to these terms
EcoliftX may update website terms and content. The effective date identifies the current published version. Transaction-specific written documents are not changed merely because a website page is updated later.
