Product Information, Website Use, and Safety
Effective July 16, 2026. This notice applies to EcoliftX website content, product information, linked services, and material-handling equipment safety.
Written confirmation controls
Specifications, availability timing, financing examples, prices, sales tax, pickup, delivery, and payment terms may change. The Order Terms, written confirmation, written quote, invoice, and warranty confirmation control a particular transaction.
Factory Batch estimates
The ELX-6600 is sold through planned Factory Batch production. The approximately 35-40 day availability period begins after written Factory Order Confirmation and is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Qualified selection and use
Material-handling equipment must be selected, operated, inspected, and maintained by qualified personnel under product instructions and workplace-safety requirements. Buyers must confirm suitability for the load, pallet, surface, environment, and operation.
Representative environments
Product photographs should be read together with confirmed written specifications. Images may show representative industrial environments or nearby equipment that is not included with the ELX-6600.
Payment and financing links
Stripe, Klarna, APPROVE, lenders, carriers, and other third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. EcoliftX does not control payment-method availability, eligibility, underwriting, or approval decisions.
Brand and content
The EcoliftX name, logo, website text, photographs, and page design may not be copied or used in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, approval, or authorization.
