ELX-6600 Warranty and Product Support
This written limited warranty describes the coverage period, available remedy, exclusions, and claim process for the ELX-6600 electric pallet jack and its 48V / 20Ah maintenance-free battery pack.
Pallet truck
EcoliftX provides a six-month limited warranty beginning on the delivery date for confirmed defects in covered pallet-truck components, subject to proper operation, inspection, maintenance, storage, and the exclusions below.
48V / 20Ah maintenance-free battery pack
EcoliftX provides a one-year limited battery warranty beginning on the delivery date. Coverage is subject to proper charging, storage, temperature management, and use with compatible charging equipment.
Repair or replacement of parts
After EcoliftX confirms a covered defect, the approved remedy is limited to repair of the affected component or replacement of the confirmed defective part. Warranty coverage does not automatically provide a return, full refund, or replacement of the entire machine.
Troubleshooting and parts identification
EcoliftX may request remote troubleshooting, photographs, video, diagnostic details, serial-number information, maintenance records, and charging history before approving a claim or identifying a replacement part.
What is not covered
- Normal wear items, including wheels and other consumable components.
- Misuse, overloading, collision, impact, abuse, negligence, or operation outside published limits.
- Water damage, corrosion, unsuitable wet or refrigerated environments, or improper storage.
- Unauthorized modification, repair, wiring changes, disassembly, or use of incompatible components.
- Improper charging, deep discharge, charger misuse, long-term uncharged storage, or use of incompatible charging equipment.
- Damage caused by freight carriers or delivery handling, which must be reported under the delivery and return procedures.
How to request warranty review
- Stop using the equipment if continued operation could create damage or a safety risk.
- Contact EcoliftX with the order number, product serial number, delivery date, operating history, and a clear description of the issue.
- Provide requested photographs, video, charging details, or diagnostic information.
- Wait for written claim instructions before returning parts, arranging service, or performing repair.
Customers remain responsible for safe equipment handling and for following workplace-safety requirements during inspection, troubleshooting, and repair.
