ELX-6600 Factory Batch Purchase Terms

One Factory Batch product price
Factory Batch costs $1,249 per unit through secure Stripe checkout. Ready Stock, when available, costs $1,599. Sales tax and pickup or delivery are additional.
Stripe checkout and APPROVE financing
Stripe displays the payment methods available to each eligible customer. APPROVE is a separate business-financing application. Each provider controls eligibility, approval, plans, fees, disclosures, and account terms.
Two committed units across customers
The next Factory Batch proceeds after at least two units are committed across participating customers and EcoliftX issues written Factory Order Confirmation. An individual customer may order one or more units.
Configuration and timing in writing
EcoliftX confirms the model, quantity, specifications, customer information, production commitment, and estimated timing in writing. Contact EcoliftX before payment for ramps, unusual pallets, wet areas, refrigerated use, custom forks, or other special conditions.
Product payments remain refundable
Before written Factory Order Confirmation, a customer may cancel and receive a refund of product payments. After written confirmation and commitment to production, cancellation may be subject to a charge of up to $250, deducted from the refund.
Estimated 35-40 day timing
Estimated availability is approximately 35-40 days after written Factory Order Confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production, transportation, customs, carrier, port, weather, and other circumstances may affect timing.
When EcoliftX cannot complete the order
EcoliftX will refund product payments if it cancels the order, cannot supply the unit, materially changes confirmed specifications without customer acceptance, cannot honor the confirmed product price, or exceeds the 60-day long-stop period and the customer declines a revised date.
Tax, pickup, and delivery are additional
Sales tax is additional. Pickup or delivery is not included in either Factory Batch product price. Delivery is quoted separately based on destination, access, unloading requirements, and carrier services. Review the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
