How EcoliftX Handles Customer Information
Effective July 16, 2026. This policy explains information submitted through ecoliftx.com and how it supports quotes, orders, payment coordination, delivery, and product support.
What customers provide
You may provide a name, company, email, phone number, ZIP code, delivery address, application, quantity, preferred contact method, equipment requirements, order number, and delivery details.
Why information is used
EcoliftX uses submitted information to respond, prepare quotes or invoices, manage orders, coordinate payment and delivery, provide warranty or parts support, and maintain business records. EcoliftX does not sell personal information.
Hosted payment providers
Card details are handled by the hosted payment provider shown during payment. Do not send full card information through a website form, text message, or email. Third-party payment and financing providers operate under their own privacy terms.
Supabase and service providers
Website-form information may be stored in systems used for EcoliftX sales and support, including Supabase. Information may be shared with providers only when needed for payment, financing, email notification, shipping, support, accounting, or legal compliance.
Site interaction data
EcoliftX may measure non-sensitive actions such as navigation, checkout-button clicks, policy views, form submissions, phone clicks, and FAQ use. Sensitive personal and payment data is not intended to be sent through analytics events.
Correction and deletion requests
You may ask EcoliftX to correct or delete information associated with an inquiry, subject to records retained for legitimate transaction, accounting, warranty, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
