## Order Rules

Before written Factory Order Confirmation, the customer may cancel and receive a refund of product payments. A Factory Batch proceeds when at least two units are committed across participating customers. EcoliftX confirms specifications, timing, and the factory order in writing.

After production confirmation, cancellation may be subject to a charge of up to 250 USD. If EcoliftX cancels, cannot supply the unit, materially changes specifications without customer acceptance, cannot honor the confirmed price, or exceeds the 60-day long-stop period and the customer cancels, product payments are refunded.

## Support and Service Area

EcoliftX provides Arizona-based communication, remote troubleshooting, and help sourcing common wheels, chargers, connectors, battery components, electrical components, and wear parts. Availability varies by part.
